Our Shipping and Return Policies:



Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through our secure online shopping cart, or mail. Once your order is placed it cannot be changed! Any additions will treated as a new order and will be shipped separately. Make sure to note any special shipping instructions at time of order. We are not responsible for any delays due to credit card declines, check declines, or any other matter related to payment approvals.



We accept all major credit cards.



We offer several shipping options USPS and Local pickup, you can select your preferred shipping option at the time of checkout. All orders shipped through the USPS are sent with Tracking/Delivery Confirmation Service. These charges are figured into your shipping cost. 

Pennsylvania Residents:

If your shipping address is in Pennsylvania , the shopping cart will automatically add sales tax at the rate of 6%.



All packages leave our facility well-packaged, in good shape. If you receive a package that is damaged please make a note of it with the delivery driver and contact us for further instructions. shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned/canceled orders ( includes orders cancelled by the purchaser prior to shipment). 

Shipping fees paid to ship the items to you will not be refunded in the event of a return. It is the buyers responsibility to pay to ship the items back to our location. A return authorization is REQUIRED for all returns.


Product Availability and Back orders:

We make every attempt to keep all products in stock, but occasionally we do run out. Out of stock items will not be back orderedIf any items are out of stock, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail or phone for instructions. We will be happy to add you to a waiting list and notify you when those items come in so you can re-order. We cannot be held responsible for any situation that may arise due to an item being out of stock. Items that need to be special ordered, such as bulk fragrances, etc. may require a deposit and cannot be cancelled.
